Resources for Parents
Children of all ages, they are never too young, to talk about race and anti-racism. These resources have been curated for parents/caregivers who want to start and continue the conversation about race and racism with their children.
There are so many great resources that have been created and curated. This page points you to blogs, articles, books, videos, and websites to guide you as parents and caregivers.
Parents may be uncertain of what to say or how to start the conversation. It’s important to start and not wait until you have the “right” words. Acknowledge that you might say something that may be offense or “wrong” – take a humble position of learning and learn from your mistakes.
